These terms apply to your use of martinavramov.com (the “site”), run by Martin Avramov, Bulgaria. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What this site is for
The site presents my services as an independent web designer and developer (SaaS applications, internal tools and dashboards, business websites, and e-commerce) along with examples of my past work.
Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Descriptions of services, typical timelines (for example “3 days to 2 weeks”), pricing approaches, and statements such as “you own the code” or “support after launch” describe how I usually work. They become binding only once they’re written into a quote or contract that we both accept. If anything on the site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
Free introductory calls
The free 15-minute call is a no-obligation conversation. Booking or taking a call doesn’t create a contract or any commitment on either side, and any advice I give during it is general. Please don’t rely on it before we’ve agreed on a scope.
Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, and its own terms apply to the booking tool. If you can’t make a call, please cancel or reschedule using the link in your booking confirmation.
Case studies and testimonials
Client names, logos, websites, project details and testimonials appear with those clients’ permission and remain theirs. Case studies describe what happened on specific projects. Results depend on each business, and they aren’t a promise of the same outcome for yours.
Content and ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, graphics, illustrations and code of this site belong to me. You’re welcome to link to the site and share its pages. Please don’t copy, republish or reuse its content or design without my written permission.
Ownership of work I create for clients is set out in each client’s contract. It isn’t affected by these terms.
Acceptable use
When using the site, please don’t:
- try to get unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or its systems
- disrupt the site, for example by flooding it with requests or bypassing its security protections
- scrape or copy the site’s content in bulk
- use my contact details or booking calendar to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or abusive messages
I may block access from anyone who breaks these rules.
Links to other sites
The site links to client websites, social media profiles (LinkedIn, X, Medium) and third-party services such as Cal.com. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Availability and accuracy
I work to keep the site accurate and online, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”. I can’t guarantee that it will always be error-free, complete, current, or uninterrupted, and I may change or remove parts of it at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. This includes indirect losses and loss of profit, data, or business.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that can’t be limited by law. Liability for paid client work is governed by the relevant contract, not by these terms.
Privacy and cookies
How I handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protections that the law of your country of residence gives you, and you may bring proceedings there.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
